If folders stored on different local disks, with the Apache you can integrate them into a single web server.

In httpd.conf simply adding the desired folder and set it options:

Alias /downloads/ "E:/harpywar/proggs/"

<Directory "E:/harpywar/proggs/">
Allow from all
</Directory>

The folder "E:/harpywar/proggs/" will be available at http://your_server/downloads/
